Our Safety Incentive Program
At ACME Constructors, the safety program is much more than a binder of rules and procedures; it is a way of delivering project excellence in a responsible and productive manner. Our field operations teams approach every project with a ZERO lost time goal. Due to extensive OSHA training coupled with state-of-the-art equipment, we expect this of them.
After we safely complete three months of accident-free work, our Safety Team holds a BBQ dinner at our office. This dinner is held to recognize the excellent safety record and the individuals that helped us reach our goal. Every man that was part of the three month period is given a chance to win one of over $5,000 in awards. These awards range from big screen TVs, oversize BBQ grills, hunting and fishing equipment and gift certificates to restaurants and shops.
This Safety Program helps everyone at ACME Constructors. With an excellent safety record we are able to provide our services to some of the top companies in the area as well as having the satisfaction of knowing we will send each employee home to his or her family every night.
