Bulk Material Handling Projects

Ameren UE

Multiple Projects. Bulk conveyor maintenance and parts replacement. Coal chute rework. Replaced 84,000 cfm and 48,000 cfm exhaust fans and structural steel modification.

Lange Stegmann

Installed over 1,000’ of 48” troughing belt conveyor, 12 bucket elevators, structural support steel, process equipment, and rail unloading building and equipment for fertilizer processing.

Food/Beverage Projects

Kraft Foods

Installed nearly 5 miles of conveyor over the past 15 years. Numerous conveyor reconfiguration projects which included modifying the existing stainless steel conveyor in order to work with the new equipment and alignment.

Rack Installations

Procter & Gamble

Installed nearly 4,000,000 pounds of new push-back rack in their new warehouse. Work was completed in 10 weeks.

KV Pharmaceutical

Installed several new clean rooms. Relocated various production equipment including blenders, packaging machines, etc. Reworked rack storage systems.

Kuna Meats

Installation of racks in food processing freezer facility.
