Installed new support steel, new platforms, new stack, and new boiler. Aligned shafts on all their turbine generators using our laser alignment equipment.

Multiple Projects; Provided coal handling and conveyer repairs and replacement as well as interior facilities renovations.

Multiple projects. Installed new process lines and equipment, installed approximately 1,500’ of new cable conveyor, modified existing conveyor for new process equipment. Maintenance work on their vertical reciprocating conveyors (VRCs).

Multiple projects. Installed several new assembly lines, power and free conveyor, relocated several overhead Zimmerman cranes and conveyor lines, modified existing conveyors and equipment to suit this manufacturing plant’s special needs.

Installed all equipment for various production lines. Including cookers, elevators, conveyors, palletizers, bagging systems, fabricated and installed miscellaneous stainless steel supports and structures. Modified conveyors and equipment for customization of customers process.

Replaced clarifiers and flocculators.

Performed building structural and siding repairs. Assist plant maintenance during shut-downs and emergencies over a wide variety of building and process-related items. Replaced bull gear, drive base, drive, gear reducer, and all bearings on the shaft of the rail car tipper. Replaced vibratory conveyor.

Installed a barge loading/unloading facility as well as truck and rail car loading facilities for fertilizer production.
